OUR TEAM

Lieutenant Commander Herbert Bain is the former International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Coordinator for The Bahamas and 24 Hour Single Point-of-Contact to the International Maritime Organisation (IMO) for ship and port security related matters. He was one of only five graduates out of a total graduating class of 142 students, representing 41 different countries around the world to have earned the degree of Master of Science in Maritime Affairs with the prestigious and much coveted award of “ Distinction” from the World Maritime University, Malmo Sweden
